Well, I’m obsessed with finding budget minded lighting for our “Re-newed” home. Since we had to gut it down to the studs I have refused to put lighting back that I don’t love! When I told my husband that I was putting a chandelier in the laundry I had to get the smelling salts out. I told him if he did laundry he could have whatever lights he wanted. He is now thrilled to be putting whatever light I want in…:) Ha Ha!
This was going to market but, I have fallen hard for it. Might be to big for my space but that is yet to be determined.
I used Annie Sloan Chalk Paint one coat of Emperors Silk and then sparingly sponged Metallic Pewter Craft paint. Then I sprayed with Clear Varnish Spray.

Just wanted to say, that your chandelier looks absolutely beautiful!!! I’m starting to eye my ugly florescent light as I write this!! I think I need a chandelier in my laundry too!
Suzanne, Just do it! I’m begging for one in my Laundry but the rafters and the blah blah blah, I loose focus on why he says it can’t be done. I guess I will make one into a candelabra since I must have something purdy in that room. I have found some great fixtures at goodwill for under 10 that work perfectly!
